VIA Epia M6000 Eden 0.3.8-rc1 (which ISO to use?)

Postby KaNo » Sun Apr 29, 2007 9:37 pm

Hi,
I am new to the world of Freepia and Linux, but am interested in trying to install the latest release candidate. Should I install the Ezra or Nehemiah on this version of VIA?

I have seen the one thread on this forum describing a working install on this motherboard using Freepia, but no information what so ever on whether it was the Ezra or Nehemiah ISO he used.

Thanks,

i think the m6000 is an ezra.

you can boot from your favorite linux live cd (knoppix) and type

Code: Select all
cat /proc/cpuinfo

to check your cpu type.
